AdvantEdge Holdings, LLC (“AdvantEdge,” “we,” “our,” or “us”) provides SMS communications to users of the AdvantEdge platform.
SMS communications are used to deliver important account information, security notifications, authentication codes, platform updates, operational announcements, and other business-related communications associated with a user’s AdvantEdge account.
By opting in, you consent to receive SMS messages from AdvantEdge Holdings, LLC. Message frequency may vary. Message and data rates may apply. Consent is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services.

Your mobile number and SMS consent will not be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing purposes. Your information is used solely to administer the SMS program(s) you have elected to receive and as described in our Privacy Policy.
How to Opt In
Users enroll in the AdvantEdge SMS program during the AdvantEdge account registration process.
Step 1 – Account Registration
Users create an AdvantEdge account.
Step 2 – Mobile Number
During registration, users provide their mobile phone number.
Step 3 – SMS Consent
The registration process presents an explicit SMS consent checkbox. Users must affirmatively provide consent before receiving SMS communications.
The consent language informs users that:
- They are agreeing to receive SMS communications from AdvantEdge Holdings, LLC.
- Message frequency may vary.
- Message and data rates may apply.
- Consent is not a condition of purchasing goods or services.
- They may opt out at any time by replying STOP.
Step 4 – Registration Complete
Once registration is complete and SMS consent has been provided, users may begin receiving text messages related to their AdvantEdge account.
No SMS messages are sent unless a user has expressly opted in.

Depending on account activity and user preferences, AdvantEdge may send messages including:
- Account verification
- Multi-factor authentication (MFA)
- One-time verification codes (OTP)
- Password reset notifications
- Security alerts
- Login notifications
- Important account updates

AdvantEdge does not send unsolicited marketing messages to individuals who have not opted in.

Delivery of SMS Messages

- Network congestion
- Wireless carrier outages
- Poor signal strength
- Device limitations
- Weather
- Technical failures
- Other circumstances beyond AdvantEdge’s control
AdvantEdge Holdings, LLC and participating wireless carriers do not guarantee message delivery and are not responsible for delayed, undelivered, or misdirected messages.

AdvantEdge SMS services are supported by most major U.S. wireless carriers, including but not limited to:

- Verizon Wireless
- T-Mobile
- U.S. Cellular
- Cricket Wireless
- Boost Mobile
- Metro by T-Mobile
Carrier participation may change without notice. Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

THE ADVANTEDGE SMS PROGRAM IS PROVIDED ON AN “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” BASIS.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, ADVANTEDGE HOLDINGS, LLC DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, AND AVAILABILITY.
ADVANTEDGE DOES NOT WARRANT THAT SMS SERVICES WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR TIMELY.
Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, ADVANTEDGE HOLDINGS, LLC SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM THE USE OF THE SMS PROGRAM.
ADVANTEDGE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR FAILURES RESULTING FROM TELECOMMUNICATION FAILURES, NETWORK OUTAGES, ACTS OF GOD, NATURAL DISASTERS, GOVERNMENT ACTIONS, OR OTHER EVENTS BEYOND ITS REASONABLE CONTROL.
Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless AdvantEdge Holdings, LLC and its officers, employees, contractors, affiliates, licensors, and agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use of the AdvantEdge SMS program or your violation of these Terms.
These provisions survive termination of your participation in the SMS program.

A public demonstration video illustrating the complete SMS opt-in process—from account invitation through SMS consent—has been created as part of our campaign registration documentation.
This documentation supports carrier review and demonstrates AdvantEdge’s user consent workflow and compliance with A2P 10DLC messaging requirements.
If any provision of these Terms is determined to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
All limitations of liability and exclusions of damages shall survive termination of participation in the AdvantEdge SMS program.
